Will Basecamp work with my vehicle?
Basecamp is freestanding camping equipment and is not limited to one vehicle brand. The original storage guide references Tesla Model Y, Model 3 and Cybertruck; compare the folded dimensions and cargo opening with your exact vehicle. Thanks to its compact folded size (680 × 380 × 250 mm), it can be conveniently stored in the Model Y trunk, Model 3 trunk, or Cybertruck Vault.
Model Y and Cybertruck offer the best fit due to their larger storage space, while Model 3 owners can also store it in the trunk, especially with the rear seats folded when carrying more camping gear.
Does it require tools for installation?
No tools are required. The quick setup design allows easy installation and use within minutes.
Can all accessories be stored inside the table?
Yes. Legs, light poles, hanging panels, and essential accessories can all be stored inside the table body to keep your vehicle organized.
Why can't the water pump work when I first receive my Basecamp?
Due to extended international transportation and storage, the pump battery may be depleted upon arrival. Please fully charge the water pump with the included charging cable before first use, then test the water flow.
Does the side panel require screws for installation?
No. The side panel does not require screws. Simply pull out the telescoping support bracket and place the side panel securely on the bracket. Make sure the bracket is fully extended and properly positioned before use.
USE, CARE & SUPPORT
How does the water dispenser work?
The rotating faucet works with the built-in pump. Short press to dispense 300 ml; long press for continuous water flow.
How do I set it up and pack it away?
Unfold the legs, extend the side rails and work surfaces, then install the accessories required for your routine.
For transport, return the removable parts to their storage positions and retract the rails. Follow the supplied guide for the correct sequence.
How should I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the sintered-stone worktop with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaner, then dry it after use.
Keep the walnut drawer front dry, avoid harsh abrasives and follow the supplied care guidance for the wood-wax-oil finish.
Can I use it at home between trips?
Yes. It can serve as a tea, coffee or serving station on a patio, balcony or courtyard. Store it according to the supplied environmental and care guidance.
What if it arrives damaged or with missing parts?
Contact customer support promptly with your order number and clear photos of the packaging, product and affected parts.
